REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Pay-As-You-Go Model. Monk CI operates on a strict pay-as-you-go basis. You are billed solely based on your consumption of resources and services. Because costs are incurred in real-time as resources are utilized, we do not offer refunds for any usage that has already occurred.

  • No Refunds. All payments made to Monk CI are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, payments for prepaid credits, subscription fees, or usage charges.

  • Cancellation. You may cancel your account or stop using the Services at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for any future usage, but you remain responsible for any charges already incurred up to the time of cancellation. No refunds will be issued for any remaining credits or unused subscription periods at the time of cancellation.

  • Disputes. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact our support team at info@monkci.com within 30 days of the charge. While valid technical errors (such as double billing due to system failure) may be rectified at Monk CI's sole discretion, standard usage charges are not subject to dispute.
